Jumeirah Golf Estates is a residential golf community on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Its villa neighbourhoods are set around the Earth and Fire championship courses, both designed by Greg Norman. The Earth Course has hosted the DP World Tour Championship since 2009.

Life here centres on the community itself, so the city’s central districts are a drive away, and the tournament calendar brings periodic event traffic. Service charges vary by building and are published in the RERA Service Charge Index on the Dubai Land Department website.
