Redwood Heritage was founded by Ahmad Saidali and Malika Al Mellouki, husband and wife. Together they bring more than two decades of Swiss private banking and family office leadership, and over fifteen years at the heart of Dubai’s leading developers. Clients gain both perspectives in a single relationship.
They advise entrepreneurial and sophisticated families and investors from around the world. Every mandate starts with the client’s objective. Redwood then selects the opportunity, structures the purchase and stays involved long after completion.
Ahmad Saidali
Founder & Chairman
A Swiss national, Ahmad Saidali began his career in Swiss private banking before taking senior roles in the family office and real estate sectors. For more than two decades he has advised entrepreneurial families and institutions around the world.
As Head of the Investment Division of CBRE for the Middle East, he was a trusted voice on the Dubai market, quoted by The National, Gulf News, Khaleej Times and Emirates 24|7. He then built and led some of the region’s very first multi-family offices, and was CEO of the firm named Best Multi-Family Office MENA at the WealthBriefing MENA Awards.
He holds an MBA and an MSc in Finance from the University of Geneva, has published widely on finance in Switzerland and the Gulf, and speaks at the region’s leading private wealth and private capital forums.
He is the author of The Family Office Perspective, a newsletter on family capital and markets that has become a leading international voice in the family office world.
At Redwood Heritage, he brings that discipline to every client mandate, from the first conversation to the final structure.

Malika Al Mellouki
Founder & CEO
Malika Al Mellouki knows Dubai real estate from the developer’s side of the table. She spent six and a half years at Azizi Developments, where she led a sales force of 80, then joined Sobha Realty, and went on to serve as General Manager for Sales and Business Development at Orra.
Over more than fifteen years in the market she has earned the trust of global investors and family offices, and built the developer relationships that now give Redwood clients early access to the strongest opportunities. Her clients include investors and families from Europe, China and the United States.
She holds a Swiss MBA, and her advisory work has been recognised with industry awards.
As CEO of Redwood Heritage Real Estate and a RERA licensed broker, she oversees every transaction, from selection and negotiation on price and terms through to handover.
She also serves as Head of Client Services at Redwood Heritage Multi-Family Office, giving clients with wider family wealth questions a direct line to both houses.
