Emaar unveiled The Oasis in June 2023 on more than 100 million square feet of land, with 25 percent of the land given to lakes, canals, parks and green space. It is reached from Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Road and the planned extension of Al Khail Road.

Ownership
The Oasis is not named in Regulation No. 3 of 2006, which lists Dubai’s designated areas by plot, so confirm the title of the specific plot or unit with the Dubai Land Department.
Trade-offs
The Dubai Land Department records these sales as land plots: 670 in the last 12 months at a median of AED 15.8 million, so a price per square foot of the villa itself cannot be read from them. Emaar has not published a completion date for the community. Service charges vary by building and are published in the RERA Service Charge Index on the Dubai Land Department website.
