Ahmad Saidali is a Swiss private banker with over 20 years of experience advising global families, managing cross-border investment platforms, and leading strategic wealth advisory firms. His career began in the heart of Swiss private banking, where he developed a distinctive approach rooted in discretion, analytical rigour, and long-term alignment.
As former Head of Investment for CBRE’s MENA region, Ahmad applied institutional discipline to private real estate markets, spearheading complex transactions and portfolio strategies across the Gulf. He later took a boutique startup advisory firm and transformed it into one of the most respected multi-family offices in the region - serving UHNW clients with a focus on purpose, performance, and generational legacy.

Renowned for her strategic foresight, negotiation acumen, and nuanced understanding of the GCC property market, Malika has guided global investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients seeking performance, permanence, and peace of mind.
Holding an MBA in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship, her career has spanned leadership roles at Sobha, Azizi, Orra, and boutique consultancies. She has steered high-performing sales teams and orchestrated complex, off-market transactions with clarity and discipline, delivering results that balance immediate returns with generational value.
