The panel was moderated by Axe Ali, Global Head of Fund Advisory and Private Markets, EY-Parthenon. Ahmad was joined by H.E. Maher Al Kaabi, Advisor to the Group Chairman and Independent Board Member, Alserkal Group; Amine Bentaleb, Managing Partner, Patrimium MFO; Maryam AlAli, Head of Fund Investments, Mubadala Capital; and Dr. Sami Kamel, CEO, Dutco Cleantech, Dutco Group.<\/p>\n

The discussion reflected themes central to our work: how global capital assesses regional opportunities, how local expertise translates into disciplined execution, and how Dubai real estate fits within a long term portfolio strategy.<\/p>\n
