class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Ownership<\/h3><p>The Oasis is not named in Regulation No. 3 of 2006, which lists Dubai\u2019s designated areas by plot, so confirm the title of the specific plot or unit with the Dubai Land Department.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Trade-offs<\/h3><p>The Dubai Land Department records these sales as land plots: 670 in the last 12 months at a median of AED 15.8 million, so a price per square foot of the villa itself cannot be read from them. Emaar has not published a completion date for the community.
