unit with the Dubai Land Department.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Trade-offs<\/h3><p>Of 1,178 registered home sales in the last 12 months, 1,107 were apartments, mostly off-plan in new buildings registered under the Jumeirah Islands master project, among them Eltiera Views, Eltiera Heights and Serenia District. The villa market is far smaller, with 71 sales.
