Emaar\u2019s published plan provides for more than 4,400 villas and townhouses and about 22,000 apartments, so the community offers very different homes at very different scales.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Who it may suit<\/h3><p>Families and professionals who want schools, healthcare, retail and green space met within one master plan.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Ownership<\/h3><p>Dubai Hills Estate is not named in Regulation No. 3 of 2006, which lists Dubai\u2019s designated areas by plot, so confirm the title of the specific plot or unit with the Dubai Land Department before you commit.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Trade-offs<\/h3><p>The community is still being built out, so some neighbourhoods sit beside active construction, and the hospital expansion is not due until 2028.
