Dubai\u2019s designated areas by plot, so confirm the title of the specific plot or unit with the Dubai Land Department.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Trade-offs<\/h3><p>A small market: 213 home sales in the last 12 months at a median of AED 2,448 per sq ft, 8.9% higher than a year earlier. It lies inland, and parts of the community are still under construction.
