shipyards and port services.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Who it may suit<\/h3><p>Buyers with a longer horizon who want to be early in a newly planned district close to old Dubai.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Ownership<\/h3><p>The master developer markets its plots as freehold, but Dubai Maritime City is not named in Regulation No. 3 of 2006, which lists Dubai\u2019s designated areas by plot, so confirm the title of the specific plot or unit with the Dubai Land Department before you commit.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"rwh-ap-pt\"><h3>Trade-offs<\/h3><p>Most towers are under construction, retail is limited for now, the shipyards remain active, and the QE2 and Mina Rashid lie outside the district.
